Special Birthday Cake

Made this Birthday for my first customer.

She really liked my Valentine's Day cake and asked to make it a little bit similar for her daughters birthday.

I have had an amazing feedback from my latest cakes hoping to improve my technics everytime.

Valentine's Cake

Well it's nearly Valenine's Day and I have been busy baking again.

I have made a heart shaped chocolate mud cake with buttercream icing.

This cake was a bit more of a challenge. I thought i give fondant a try this time as i have never used it before. Boy what did i get myself into, lucky for me it came out ok.
I have finished it off with piped buttercream vanilla icing.

Malteser Chocolate Cake

So I have made a Malteser Chocolate Cake over the weekend, sorry i haven't had a chance to update my blog.

But i'm happy to say that i have had alot of comments on this cake over the weekend.

 Not only does it look so delicious it also tasted delicious.
